5. Refund Policy

✔ Makeup, Hairstyling & Skincare Courses – Refundable within 48 hours if not accessed.
✔ Beauty Business & Social Media Marketing Courses – Refundable within 7 days if no modules have been started.
🚫 Certification Programs & Downloadable Content – Non-refundable once accessed or if a certificate has been issued.

Refund requests must be sent to contact@chicmentoracademy.online with proof of purchase.
